• In this note, we study an analogue of higher dimensional Mordell conjecture over function fields. We obtain the following : Theorem. Let f : X → S be a proper surjective map between complex projective manifolds with a general fibre X_s of general type. Assume that the ratrional sections of f are Zariski dense in X. Furthermor, letting P be the projective bundle p : P(Ω_X^<⊗ds>)→X and 0(1) the fundamental sheaf on P, we assume that 0(1) and 0(α) ⊗p^*ω_x^<-1> are f・p^nef for some α>0. Then. X is birational to X_0×S for some pojective manifold X_0.
