One method for measuring the electrical resistance of a tiny single crystal of Nb_3Ge is described precisely. Here the gram size of the measured single crystal is 5 to 20μm The total system consists of a scanning electron microscope with precise manipulating equipment, a cooling system by liquid He and electronics Special emphasis is put on how to set up the local measurement by using two microprobes The superconducting transition temperature T_c of the big single crystal is relatively low in comparison with that of the small one
