Something tasty for spirit is called as "value" When food tastes good, it is generally an inevitable but lacking element for maintaining our health. Even tap water tastes good when we are thirsty. A lemon tastes good when vitamin is lacking. Volume of nutrient contained in food is called nutritive value. It defines value for bodily health. The desire for eating French cuisine at a three star restaurant rather belongs to mental need. New universities are system providing spirit of new age with nutritive value-the system of creating new value. Professors are compared to chefs and every student is so as a cook for the time being. Some day the students are going into society carrying cuisine for new age(nouvelle cuisine)with them. Something we want and irresistible is what comes with value. Something that we can enjoy just by having it handy, interesting, beautiful, has value. The value of use of course something works for any purpose is a must. However, we some time become attracted and irresistible to something seems to be no use. There was a feudal lord who paid tens of thousands pieces of gold for a tea bowl or had it in exchange for his earnestly earned territory. The value of use of a tea bowl is compared to the nutritive value for food, and the reason of paying tremendously for a mere bowl with function not so different among others is that they found spiritual value in it. Now value as spirit of times is just about to transfigure at the moment of turning the new century. People's mind have started to move from nutritive value to epicurean value and from physical value to spiritual value. Unlike in twentieth century, time will pass slowly from now on. Life expectancy has become twice as long as the one in early part of twentieth century when it is compared with. Something that has endless pleasure with a lot of intricate handling and consuming much time may make value. In general, something beautiful, pleasant and worth living for may make value rather than something simple and convenient. These days, there is nothing people really want. Nothing people can enjoy. Nothing people are interested in. Nothing people find it beautiful. Though technology to produce something has come to be highly sophisticated, confusion of the perception on value has failed to bear something valuable. New universities can be defined as quite a new system for the heaven of creative works fairly free (comparatively?) from the spell of the old perception of value. The students are expected to get much excited by joining the system.
