The Industrial Revolution which took place in 18th century England brought about the new society. Ship-building industry, Steel-making industry and textile industry were a major industry that made England a leading industrial country in the world. Business managers in those industries made every effort to make a great profit by making full use of land, cheap labor and high-technology. In this process a capitalistic manufacturing system played an important role to make a great profit. Under this economic system, the phenomena of "Alienation" of human-being from their work emerged and it contributed to produce the class struggle between capitalist and workers. From the viewpoint of business management "logic of capital" was an important key concept. It is a very short-sighted and capitalist-oriented business philosophy. With the beginning of 20th century America emerged as a most powerful industrial country in the world. Mass-production system was introduced into many industries. For example automobile-industry, iron and steel industry and electric industry to name a few. Managers in those industries aimed at manufacturing a standardized, streo-typed goods by making use of a large number of raw materials, cheap labor and modern technology to make a great profit. Mass-production, mass-sales and mass-consumption and high market-share was a key concept in business management in 20th century America. At the same time "logic of capital" played an important role to acquire a competitive advantage in dynamically changing business world. To continue a mass-procluction system as long as possible raw materials which were dotted around the globe were indispensable management resources. American big manufacturing companies tried to dominate oil resources and other natural resources which developing countries possessed in exchange for financial aid or military aid. We call this kind of behavior as a "Imperialistic dominance and controll" But mass-production, mass-consumption system based on modern rationalism originating in western civilization and high-technology is no longer functional. The reason is that shortage of raw materials, global-wide environment destruction, the end of the confrontation between the East and the West and change of human value urged business-firms to create a new concept of business management. We call it a "Strategic Business Alliance" based on the concept of cooperation and co-existence in business management. It is a society-, environment-, and people-oriented business philosophy. The main aim is to share a technology, information, sales-areas and financial resources among competing business firms to keep and create a competitive advantage in world market and at the sametime to manufacture high-sensitive consumer goods in the increasingly interrelated global economy and multipolar world.
