For sports player, diet is an important factor wichi heightens the training effect. It is important to take in proper energy and proper nutrient to timely. It is the best condition and is because the highest capability can be demonstrated. The suitable diet contributes to recovery of fatigue by training and to maintain their body. The time of adolescence is is that growth passes over a peak and heaoth is the highest. And unsuitable diet dose not only prevents maturity, but damage to subsequent body activity. Then, we performed the diet investigation for the high school students who belong to succer team. The perpose of this study is that we take the basic data of high school students sport player's amount of body activities, and the amount of nutrition ingestion, and analyze the present situation. As a result, the life activity index is 2.0 and belonged to life activity intensity "being high." The amount of energy, protain, fat and carbohydrate were 3304 kcal, 123.5g, 97.7g and 467.5g. And they were all filling necessary quantity. Moreover, the amount of calcium, iron, vitamin B 1 and vitamin C were 1040mg, 34.2mg, 1.83mg, and 156mg. The amount of food ingestion situation is that cereals, fruits, seaweed and milk were 712.2g, 188.7g, 9.7g, and 432.6g, 110.7g and 4.4g. From this study, all students were eating breakfast every day and not eating sweets, such as a snack, to a between-meal snack. Moreover, the student takes care about their healthy management and they take some kind of supplement, such as protain. The coach of this succer club is interested in nutrition and had time to talk not only with a student but with their parents.
