"Mitsukawa Kametar6 shiron" (An Essay on mitsukawa Kametaro) This paper traces the life and ideas of Mitsukawa Kametaro (1884-1936), a journalist and a nationalist who taught international relations at Takushoku University for 14 years. The now largely forgotten Mitsukawa was the founder of the well-known right-wing organizations, the Rosokai and the Yuzonsha. The paper shows that Mitsukawa's condemnation of racial discrimination, his continuous and consistent debunking of various anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, as well as his cooperation with the well-known proponent of Taisho Democracy, Dr. Fukuda Tokuzo, contradict the existing stereotypes of the nature of Japan's prewar right-wing..
