The consciouly-practical method of teaching Russian language is one of the group of metacognitive methods. During the lessons students are expected to be aware of language facts with the decisive significance of foreign language communicative practice. The organization of the curriculum has the following succession from knowledge to speech habits and ability ; also all types of speech activities develop in parallel, special features of the student's native language are taken into consideration, educational material is differentiated between active and passive.
