A novel approach for particle-particle ladders is proposed within a path integral method. It relies on a bilocal auxiliary field related to a particle pair which replaces original fields of a model and describes it in terms of its fluctuations. The one loop result is checked to be consistent with the perturbation theory up to the second order.
