Superconducting oxide of Y_1Ba_2Cu_3O_<7-x> was pasted in a thick film on piezo electronic ceramics, Pb (Zr, Ti) O_3 and the electrical properties were evaluated from the temperature of liq. N_2 to the room temperature. They showed the semiconductive property, although the resistivity was 0.1Ω・cm at 80 K without clear clitical temperature. Furthermore, Pb (Zr, Ti) O_3 was sandwiched with YBCOs as the electrodes to measure piezoelectricity of the system. The Y_1Ba_2Cu_3O_<7-x> film thicknesses were determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM). An electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA) revealed diffusion of Ba into Pb (Zr, Ti) O_3. The high density of thick film should be achieved for new composites with better properties.
