First, we present a new normal form for the p-valued logic. The normal form is based on the set {[numerical formula]}, where "[numerical formula]", "[numerical formula]" and "[numerical formula]" represent Inhibition operation, Modified-OR operation and negation, respectively. This normal form can be expressed as follows, f(x_1,x_2,..., x_n) [numerical formula] x_1,x_2,..., x_n are variables on L={0,1,2,..., p-1}, Σ_+ is the summation of M-OR over (a_1,a_2,..., a_n)∈L^n. Secondly, we describe a way of simplification from the normal form. Thirdly, we present a synthesis algorithm to construct, by way of example a 4-valued function.
