長唄正本における諸本整理上の問題点(その一)

In a kabuki drama some dance scenes are acompanied by songs such as nagauta, tokiwazu, tomimoto and kiyomoto with syamisen. Nagauta syohon are printed nagauta libretti and have been published in a set form from edo to meiji period. On the middle of the first titled page (no cover) dancing actor is pictured, around this picture titles of nagauta and drama, performers' names dramatic and musical, and publishers' names are filled in fixed position. This printed libretto mostly contains from 6 to 10 pages of text. Making a survey of the history of publishing nagauta syohon, a remarkable difference is pointed out from the other publishings printed. Sometimes many editions a nagauta piece exist and their editions are closly similar to each other, not only in actor picture but in style of handwriting. To distinguish editions and explain the relation between editions which have complicated conditions in printing surface, through a way of a sort of reprint "fukkoku" it seemes to be effective and important revealing the editional problems of nagauta syohon.
