This Relaying System with the 2-times frequency wave of power system as the signal, may be said as a counter current flowing method of the Watt-component current or a phase comparison of current. The Ring-modulators are applied as the multiplier of voltage and current wave. The output {K_1VI sin (2ωt+θ)} that is production value, through the insulation transformer are sent into the relaying pilot line and the signal wave of every terminals of the power line within the protective region are compounded to [numerical formula]. The signal wave [numerical formula] is multiplied with K_3I^2 cos 2ωt and it is gained [numerical formula] which the first term [numerical formula] is important to detect fault leacage power. The method to detect the power of Watt-component is applied with sum of the positive wave-crest value and the negative one from the zero-level. This relaying system is named by means of the signal wave, cos 2ωt.
