We reported on the former paper of this series, that the machining efficiency of super hard alloy by liquid honing method was maximum, when the blasting angle was the normal to the work surface, and it was the same with the other brittle material. In connection with this phenomena, we measured the machining efficiency of several arts of super hard alloy on the normal-angle blasting condition. As a result of this measurment, it becomes clear that the machining efficiencies vary greatly with the arts of super hard alloy, even if the magnitudes of their hardness and breaking stress by the general material testing are the same. So we propose that the machining efficiency by the normal-angle blasting should be used as one of the effective mechanical properties of the super hard alloy.
