Generally, grading of pupil's school records was made by the simple sum of examination results for each subjects. This simple summation method is easy to calculate, but has disadvantages that the same results in differrent subjects have same effect regardless of difficulity or importance of each subjects. In order to remove this disadvantage it is important to adjust the original results. The purposes of this paper are following : (1) define the weighted vectors for each subjects, (2) drive simultaneous quadraic equations which require that each weighted vectors have same or specified effect on the grading of pupil's, (3) solve the simultaneous quadraic equations by sequential iteration method.
