This report is result of go out perception of at home senile dementia patients. An accident is imagined by help of the senile dementia patients which a dementia letter wandering by a heavy degree in addition. Then, it is important to feel unexpected go out. In addition, it is also necessary to gain a combined effort of a neighboring house and home. Helper is plentiful house wife at the house and home which holds senile dementia patients. Helper must usually attention in a security of senile dementia patients besides housework. An electronic safeguard system by radio LAN is the architecture which considered these environments. An alarm of wandering routes radio LAN and has a neighboring house and home informed. Therefore, special equipment is not needed and network of relief can be configuration. Since this system was employed and wandering data and weather data were collected, it is reported.
