It is said that the spiral flow which made the pipe flow revolution has less friction loss than the normal flow which has no revolution does under a proper condition. Generally it is quite difficult to make up spiral flow in a good way. However, we think a spiral flow can be made up to some degree that the flow does not have much friction loss toward a normal flow. On the spiral flow, it is the important probrem to make clear the way to make revolution and the damping revolution. This report suggests a decay curve equation of spiral flow making two experiments of the circular flow and the spiral flow.
