Recently, advance of information technology has produced high performance and low price of computer hardware. As a result, the cost-performance for using computers is depend on software. It is difficult to make software effciently, because it rely on human logical creative activity different from to make industrial goods. Structured programming appeared to improve total cost-performance in software's life cycle, is effective technology. But there isn't practical methodology. Accordingly, I put forward a practical method, and prove to be effective through giving some examples.
