青年期における「福祉教育観」の実証的研究 : その影響要因との関連

The purpose of this paper was to analyze the adolescent's concept of welfare-education and to measure the degree of the influence of their psycho-social characteristics on their view of welfare-education. The sample for the analysis was composed of 356 adolescents. The questionnaire was designed to investigate their concept of the welfare-education. As statistical techniques for the analysis of date, Factor analysis, Multi-regression analysis and one-way Variance analysis were employed to test whether or not their psycho-social characteristics have an influence on their concept of welfare-education. The main results were as follows : 1) Among the respondents, more than 50 percents were in agreement on all of the items in the Welfare-Education Concept Scale. Additionally, more than 80 percents respondents made an agreement with the items characterized by "empathetic attitudes". 2) Factor analysis showed that the concept of the welfare-education perceived by adolescents had two dimensions, which could be termed as "the factor of the getting social contribution ability" and "the factor of the empathic attitudes". 3) Variance Analysis showed that among the independent variables, respondent's sex, social position, and professional reference group have an influence on their concept of welfare-education. Among the psycho-social variables which were positioned as independent variables, the concern or no concern with helping others, the experience or no experiences in volunteer activities, and degree of family solidarity had an influence on "the factor of empathic attitude". In addition, the memory of receiving so-called welfare-education in the past had also an influence on their view of welfare-education. 4) Multi-regression analysis showed that the influences of most independent variables regressed to following two factors : professional reference group in which they studied and their experiences of the volunteer activities.
