This is the second phase of the phychological study on the window form by model experiment. 36 window forms were classified into 5 form factors through factor analysis. The 1st form factor is charactrized by many window-few window, large-small, center-partial, and red yellow-blue purple. This 1st form factor is concerned with comfortable feeling, excitability, and brigtness. The 2nd form factor indicated by large-small, light-dark, and 3 side-1 sidef is related to adjectives open feeling, lightness and pleasure. The 3rd form factor represented by simple-complicated, monotonous-variation, and orderly setup-messy setup is concerned with adjectives amusement and variation. The 4th form factor charactrized by red yellow-blue purple, curve-straight, and few corner-many corner is concerned with adjectives warmness, softness, and dynamic feeling. The 5th form factor represented by many windows-few window, length-oblong, symmetry-asymmetry is concerned with adjectives clearness, relief, and amusement.
