In the sensory analysis, Scheffe's paired comparisons is theoretically interesting and also practically used many times. However, the number of its experiments is so large that there are a few cases in which its experiments can not be carried out. On that occasion, Scheffe's method can not be used. The author tried demonstrating the parameter estimation and its testing by computer calculation and analysis in the case of small number of experiments, that is, in the case of small sample size, keeping the minimum structure of Scheffe's model. This treatise deals with the analysis in n=5,h=3,r=3,since the analysis in n=4,h=2,r=3 is already demonstrated in [2] and [3].
