A perturbed prey-predator system and its optimal control problem is discussed. Control u is the rate of mixture of the preys and predators. Cost functional is the minus of the sum of populations of the two species. The optimal control u^* is determined, extending the results in[5], in which we treated the problem with the unperturbed Volterra system.
