The electron temperature and density in a laser-produced aluminum plasma are measured. The temperature is deduced from the intensity ratio of the peak Bremsstrahlung emission in soft X-ray region using foil absorption method, and it turns out 400 eV with uncertainty of ±50 eV. The density is estimated from the absolute continuum intensity in the quartz ultra-violet and visible region as about 3×10^<19>cm^<-3>.
