The dynamical behavior of neutron density fluctuations in non-linear reactor system perturbed by non-white reactivity noise with arbitrary correlation time is studied and the effects of the finite correlation time of the reactivity noise on the relative fluctuation of neutron density and the covariance function of neutron density and reactivity are elucidated. When the correlation time of the reactivity noise is long, the neutron density reveals in the transient state an anomalous fluctuation, which can be ascribed to the non-Markovian character of our system due to the memory effect of the colored reactivity noise.
