This paper deals with the composite type 2 fuzzy relation equations having both properties of type 2 fuzzy sets and composite fuzzy relation equations. In order to treat the wide range fuzzy grades in composite type 2 fuzzy relation equations, we introduce the three ideas of semi equality, convex fuzzy relation equations, we introduce the three ideas fo semi equality, convex fuzzy grades in the wide sense and weak equality. We define the operation σ_2 to from a least solution of pessimistic composite type 2 fuzzy relation equations, and provide a methodology for a least solution of this equation by using σ_2 operation. Finally practical applications of this approach are illustrated by numerical examples.
