Massive accretion onto a black hole with neutrino transfer is studied on the basis of the equation of state for hot, dense matter. The stationary disks are represented by using the simplified shell model with one-zone. The disk is cooled mainly by the β-process for electron antineutrino. The luminosities in various types of neutrinos from the disk are investigated for the relations to the mass of a central black hole and to the accretion rate. Though the disk is thermally stable for a stationary perturbation, it becomes unstable for a non-stationary perturbation. The accreting disk with unstationary events produces the violent variations of neutrino emission at the period of diffusion time, 〜10^<-2> sec.
